College Athletics Clips (CAC) has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to privacy and to describe the information-gathering and dissemination practices for the Web site.

To subscribe to CAC, you are required to provide your full name, e-mail address, and password. You may update this account information via CAC’s subscription platform, Memberful, by clicking on “My Account” and logging in. If you have forgotten your password, you may reset it by clicking “Reset password”.


Collection of PII

CAC primarily collect PII from customers when they subscribe to its email newsletter product. CAC may also collect PII from customers in person at “networking” events.


Sale of PII

CAC does not sell your PII to third parties, such as marketing firms. CAC may occasionally partner with industry advertisers to create “advertorial” or “sponsored” content to distribute to its subscribers. Credit Card Transactions

Some features of this site enable credit card transactions. These features are completely voluntary to members. They include the purchasing of subscriptions or merchandise through Memberful, a third-party subscription platform with which CAC is partnered. The operators of this site would like to assure you that measures have been taken to make such transactions secure for its members.


Memberful utilizes industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) servers to encrypt your information and prevent unauthorized access. The processing of online transactions is done by Stripe. Shortly after a purchase or refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. You are advised to print out and save a copy of the order confirmation for verification necessary to request refunds or resolve any disputes.


CAC does not have access to or store your credit card information at any time.


Account Updates

You may correct or update your personal account information on CAC at any time. To do so, click on the “My Account” link in the navigation menu, log-in, and change the necessary information and click on “Update”.


Subscription as Opt-In

CAC is primarily a subscription email newsletter product. A “subscription” to CAC is consent to receive editorial, advertorial, and advertising content from CAC via email.


Unsubscribing from Emails

At any time, you may choose to unsubscribe from CAC emails by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Please note that unsubscribing from CAC emails does not deactivate your subscription. To deactivate your subscription, you must log into your account and toggle “auto-renew” to the “off” setting.


If you unsubscribe from CAC emails accidentally, or believe you have been unsubscribed accidentally, contact Customer Support. CAC reserves the right to issue pro-rated subscriptions and/or partial refunds for instances of accidental unsubscription at its sole discretion.


Deactivating Your Subscription

You may deactivate your CAC subscription at any time by logging into your account and toggling “auto-renew” to the “off” setting. Your subscription will be active for the remainder of paid-up term. CAC reserves the right to issue pro-rated subscriptions and/or partial refunds for instances of mid-term deactivation at its sole discretion.

CAC’s email newsletters and website may contain links to other sites. CAC is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.


Updates to This Privacy Policy

CAC has the right to make changes or additions to this policy at any time. If those changes involve using your personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time you joined, the site will notify you by e-mail. Changes that do not affect use of personally identifiable information will be posted to the site.
